Shop Policies

- I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands at the post office. If you think an item is lost, please check the tracking information, then contact your post office. I will help you locate the item to the best of my ability. I apologize, but I cannot refund/replace one of a kind items that have been lost in the mail.

- Please contact me if you would like to return an item. I can accept unused/undamaged items within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping.

- International customers are responsible for any additional duties/taxes/fees/VAT that are applicable in addition to the shipping cost.
