- For each shop update I currently have a strict ONE PLUSH PER CUSTOMER/HOUSEHOLD rule. This applies to two people living at the same address. My goal is to be as fair as possible with items that are in high demand and difficult to purchase in fast sell outs. If a second order is placed to the same address, I will cancel and fully refund the second order.
- I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands at the post office. If you think an item is lost, please check the tracking information, then contact your post office. I will help you locate the item to the best of my ability. I apologize, but I cannot refund/replace one of a kind items that have been lost in the mail. (I have never had any lost packages in 5 years of shipping plushies!)
- Please contact me if you would like to return an item. I can accept unused/undamaged items within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping.
- International customers are responsible for any additional duties/taxes/fees/VAT that are applicable in addition to the shipping cost.
